We met at Stanford -- both musicians, both interested in computer music, both doing lots of musical theater. We both ended up in technology (though Dave also became a lawyer!).
This past year at TED, the great photographer Art Streiber was there taking portraits of people, and the editors of Wired magazine arranged for some of them to be printed as covers for select editions of Wired magazine.
So... here's Dave Hornik (now a well known Silicon Valley venture capitalist, Stanford grad, and the guy who turned me onto this whole Vox thing) and I on the cover of magazine. We're kinda twins at heart... as I like to say, both "short, smiley guys". :)
